Return

  • 30-Day Return Window : You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as pillow fillings or custom-sized curtains may not be returnable. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Global Orders: Customers outside the U.S. can also return items within 30 days; however, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once you receive the product.
  • Custom or personalized orders (such as made-to-measure curtains) cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange either a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.
